About the Course
Our Stroke Clinics are perfect for swimmers who are on a swim team, are interested in joining a team, or have graduated swim lessons and want to further develop their technique, speed, and endurance.
Each Stroke Clinic consists of 4, 30 min practices once a week for four weeks, focusing exclusively on a single stroke for $100, located at the Lake Wilmore Recreation Center. Fridays will be used for makeups in the case of inclement weather.
We currently offer 5 different clinics:
Freestyle
Backstroke
Breaststroke
Butterfly
Intro to Swim Team
Each clinic will develop starts, turns, finishes, underwaters, proper breathing, technique, endurance, and more. Intro to Swim Team will focus on preparing new swimmers to join a swim team, focusing on skills that will help them make a smooth transition and start having fun much sooner!
