Frequently asked questions
It is important to sign your child up for the right group, because we cannot guarantee availability in the appropriate group after lessons have started. If there is an opening in the appropriate group, we can move your child to that group. If not, they will stay in the group they were registered for and we will try to accommodate their needs as best as possible.

We do not offer make-ups if you miss a lesson, so it is important to sign up for a session that works best for your schedule. In the event of thunder or lightning near the pool, lessons will end if they are in progress and we will notify clients of cancelled lessons if necessary. A weather make-up day will be provided. In the event of a pool malfunction, we will try our best to reschedule but we cannot make any guarantees.
You may email us at info@tigersharkswimmingschool.com to possibly switch lessons. We cannot make any promises or guarantees that another spot will be available. If nothing is available you can stick with your original time or cancel with a refund if the class is more than 30 days out. You are not eligible for a refund if the class is less than 30 days from starting. Making sure you pick the best week for your child is crucial.
