5, 30 min lessons Mon-Fri at the new Lake Wilmore Recreation Center pool - Ages 4 and up
Service Description
***This class meets Monday-Friday for a single week. You will select the Monday of the week you wish to participate in, and will come every day that week*** Our Summer Semi-Private swim lessons are for ages 4-12 and use a 3:1 student to coach ratio to ensure that your child receives plenty of individualized instruction. If your child is hesitant about learning to swim, the small group environment will help to relieve some of those fears since they will have some friends to participate with! Summer Semi-Private swim lessons are 5 days of 30 minute classes, Monday-Friday for one week for $200 at the Lake Wilmore Recreation Center. In the case of inclement weather: 1) Beginner 1 classes that meet at 5:30 will be provided a makeup lesson the Tuesday immediately following your week of lessons at 6:30 2) Beginner 1 classes that meet at 5:00 and 6:00 will be provided a makeup lesson the Thursday immediately following your week of lessons at 6:30. Beginner 1 - Ages 4-10. Your child is BRAND NEW to lessons or has participated in lessons before, but cannot yet swim - even if assisted. They do not need any previous experience in the water. However, they must be potty trained, not in diapers, and able to listen to instruction.

Cancellation Policy
8. Cancellation Policy- Should for any reason the client and/or the instructor are not able to make a lesson, a 24-hour notice is required unless unable due to pool circumstances. If the client fails to attend, the lesson will be missed. If there is a cancellation due to pool issues or unforeseen circumstances there will be an attempt to include a makeup lesson, but in no way is this a guarantee. There are NO refunds if you choose to cancel when already in lessons, unless agreed upon by the instructor. Should it be necessary for Tiger Shark Swim School LLC to cancel a course in its entirety, a place on the same or similar course at a later date may be available, in which case Tiger Shark Swim School LLC will attempt to move affected individuals, although no guarantee can be made. There may be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation in which the pool might not be available for Tiger Shark sessions; examples of these circumstances include (but are not limited to) damage to the pool, severe weather conditions, power failures, and industrial action. Additionally, City of Auburn aquatic facilities require shut down following three hours of consecutive closure due to inclement weather. Such circumstances are referred to as 'Unavoidable Incidents.' Where reasonably possible, Tiger Shark will try to include an additional lesson during breaks or other available dates. However this can be in no way guaranteed. 9. Refund Policy- We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below: Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is submitted more than 30 days before the program start date. Clients are also eligible for a refund if a majority of lessons are missed due to instructor absence or ‘Unavoidable Incidents’ as defined in Section 8. Refund Amount: Approved cancellations are eligible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% covers administrative fees and processing costs for the City of Auburn. Should a client be eligible for a refund due to a majority of lessons being cancelled due to instructor absence or ‘Unavoidable Incidents’, the client will receive a prorated refund. The refund amount in such a case will be calculated based on the cost of the course minus administrative fees withdrawn by the City of Auburn, divided by the total number of lessons in the course, times the number of lessons missed due to instructor absence or ‘Unavoidable Incidents’.
