Service Description
Our Fall Follow-Up swim classes are for ages 4-12 and use a 3:1 student to coach ratio to ensure that your child receives plenty of individualized instruction. Fall Follow-Ups are a great way to reinforce everything your child learned over the summer. Consistency is key, and these lessons will help ensure that they retain as much as possible going forward. If your child is hesitant about learning to swim, the small group environment will help to relieve some of those fears since they will have some friends to participate with! Fall Follow-Up swim classes are 4 days of 30 minute classes, either M/W or T/Th for two weeks for $125 at the Lake Wilmore Recreation Center. In the case of inclement weather: M/W Beginner 1 classes will be provided a makeup lesson the Monday immediately following the conclusion of your lessons at 6:30. Beginner 1 - Ages 4-10. Your child is BRAND NEW to lessons or participated in Beginner 1 Semi-Private Lessons in the summer. They do not need any previous experience in the water. However, they must be potty trained, not in diapers, and able to listen to instruction.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Client cancellations require at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice whenever reasonably possible. If the participant fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson shall be considered missed and shall not be eligible for a refund or makeup, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. If a participant voluntarily withdraws or elects to discontinue lessons after the session has begun, no refund or credit shall be issued for any remaining lessons unless otherwise approved in writing by Tiger Shark Swim School LLC. Private Lesson Makeup Policy: If a lesson is cancelled due to: Inclement weather, Facility closure, or Instructor absence: The instructor will provide up to two makeup lesson options. Makeup lessons must be completed within two (2) weeks of the cancelled lesson. Failure to attend the makeup lesson forfeits the lesson. Group, Semi-Private, and Mommy & Me Makeup Policy: If a lesson is cancelled due to instructor absence, facility closure, or an Unavoidable Incident as defined in this Agreement: Tiger Shark Swim School LLC will make a good-faith effort to provide one (1) makeup lesson during or immediately following the session. Only one (1) makeup lesson will be offered for the session regardless of the number of cancelled lessons. Makeup lesson availability is not guaranteed and may be held on a different day, time, or with a different instructor. The makeup lesson is considered part of the scheduled program and counts toward the total number of lessons offered when determining refund eligibility under Section 16. Failure to attend the scheduled makeup lesson shall be treated as a missed lesson and shall not create additional makeup or refund rights. Refund Policy: Before Lessons Begin: A cancellation request submitted more than thirty (30) calendar days before the scheduled start date is eligible for a refund equal to ninety percent (90%) of the fees paid. The remaining ten percent (10%) is retained to cover administrative and processing costs. Prorated Refunds for Multiple Cancelled Lessons: If the majority of the scheduled lessons, including the one (1) designated makeup lesson, are cancelled due to instructor absence or Unavoidable Incidents and Tiger Shark Swim School LLC is unable to reasonably reschedule those lessons, the participant may be eligible for a prorated refund.
