Swim lessons, Auburn, Alabama, Infant swim lessons

Parent/guardian MUST be in the water with child. Parents will receive information/techniques on working with their child in the water. There are 3 age-skill levels. Click below to learn more: ​Level 1: Introduction to water, typically ages 18 mon - 2 years old. Builds comfort in the water, basic techniques for holding your child, and water safety. Level 2: Typically for ages 2 to 3. Still building comfort, expanding on arm movements, kicks, floating, etc. This is the last step before practicing independent swimming. Level 3: Typically for 3 y/o. Preparing for semi-private lessons, working on independent swimming and skills.

Your child is BRAND NEW to lessons! Completing Mommy & Me - Level 3 is recommended for best results, but not required. Children must be potty trained, not in diapers, and able to listen to instruction.

This is for the child who has had lessons. Your child MUST be comfortable in the water, hold their face in the water, understand the basics of swimming (ex. arm scoops and kicks). They may lack technique and/or confidence.

This is for the child who can swim confidently. Your child MUST be able to swim alone without assistance of any kind. They may lack additional stokes, endurance, and treading water.

This is for the child who can confidently swim freestyle and backstroke. They are able to tread water and are ready for additional strokes. We are not currently offering group lessons for this skill level, but private lessons are still available!
